Ingredients: Cold pressed extra virgin CA organic olive oil infused with rose buds (Rosa damenseca), red clover (Trifolium pratense), dandelion leaf (Taraxacum officinale), violet leaf (Viola spp.), ginger (Zingiber officinale) and vitamin E oil.
Suggested use: Warm a small amount of oil in your hands by rubbing them together. Next, gradually rub them in circles around your breasts. This is best done in an upward and outward movement going from the armpit underneath the breasts circling towards the heart. Continue up around the top of the breast towards the heart. Repeat this method a few times. This massage technique supports increased circulation and flow of lymph in the breasts, and may help decrease pain or discomforts in the breasts.
